Shipping
United States orders
We can ship to virtually any address in the United states. We normally ship 5 days a week, with packages being picked up Monday-Friday. Our current shipping time for an order containing only in-stock items is 3-7 business days, occasionally longer, depending on order volume.

International Orders
We do not currently offer shipping outside the United States, sorry for the inconvenience.
Return Policy
100% Money Back Guarantee. We want you happy! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Items must be in resalable condition (still in twisted skein format or in original packaging as you received them).
Once received, we will process your refund or store credit within several business days.
Shipping charges are not refunded.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, click My Account and then click Orders. Click on the order that contains the items you'd like to return and then click Return Request and fill out the form. You'll then receive an approval from us via email with further instructions.
Exchanges. We don't offer exchanges. You'll need to return the items you no longer want and we will process that. To receive the items you do want, please place a separate order for those items to ensure they don't sell out. Our products sell out quickly and we can't guarantee any given item will remain in stock.
